Discrimination: Providing support to people who experienced racial discrimination and racially motivated attacks, as well as sexual and gender discrimination.
Advocacy: Supporting and advocating for individuals and groups from minority ethnic communities.
Seminars: Providing free seminars to increase public awareness of key sociopolitical issues including an introduction to the human rights-based approach to equal rights development, voters’ rights, mental health awareness and where to seek help when encountering racial discrimination.
Workshops: Providing free resume writing and interview skills workshops for mature age migrants for mature-aged migrants with English as a second language to boost their interview success rates.
Social gathering events: Organising community activities for Chinese New Year, Moon Lantern Festival, etc.
Charity events and activities for promoting a positive image of migrant communities: Organising volunteering charity activities such as beach litter clean-up, and caring for children with special needs to promote positive awareness of migrant communities and their contribution to South Australian communities.
Cooperation with businesses and incorporated associations: Cooperating with like-minded, local South Australian companies and stakeholders to promote equal rights and opportunities, and in turn, their own businesses.
